Thankfully, the 21st Century has spread this innovation worldwide, including Pakistan. You can now order groceries from the comfort of your own home and avoid dragging those heavy bags to your car so often. Without any further ado, let’s show you some reliable online grocery services available in Pakistan.
We are aware that more grocery services are launching or have already launched but while we vet them, here are few to begin with, other than Panda Mart.
Be Careful When you Buy Online Grocery in Pakistan
Even with a variety of online grocery services and portals listed here, you still need to check on quick shipment of these services and the quality of items as promised. A couple of points to be vary of:
- Try and stay away from Frozen items. They don’t have coolers on their trucks to ensure that your item will stay frozen; many think grocery delivery is all right via bikes (which is not for frozen stuff).
- When buying in bulk, check expiry dates immediately before handing over your cash. For instance, you may not want your milk to be expiring in 15 days.
- Always compare rates of these services amongst each other. What may be cheaper on one store could be sky high on another.
- Avoid paying online, as a rule of thumb, pick cash on delivery if the option is available.
Chase.pk
Chase is a very reliable online grocery service operating in Pakistan. The brand sells everything from eatables to accessories to home and personal care items and delivers everywhere in Karachi.
Buying an item from Chase is easy and intuitive. From the moment you arrive on the website until you complete your order, you will find every step instinctive.
This brand operates one of the best customer services on this list. If you have a complaint or need assistance with something, simply put a call through to their helpline. You are guaranteed an instant response, civility, and the help you need.
This review wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t tell you about some of the problems we encountered with Chase, would it? So, here goes:
The first problem is that the minimum order amount they accept is Rs.2500. Then, we had a problem with their delivery, which arrived a day later than expected. The good news with this, however, is that they kept in touch the entire time. Also, some of their items, such as low-fat milk, have a short expiry period. As a result, it is a bad idea to shop for these items with long term storage in mind.
Asides from these, Chase is an experience you will love.
Naheed Super Market
Naheed Super Market is the number one online grocery service for 100% authentic products in Pakistan. Whether you are looking for an imported or local product, electronics, or pharmaceuticals, you can rest assured that Naheed has your back.
With a delivery network that spans over 800 cities, Naheed Super Market operates one of the country’s most extensive delivery services. What’s more? You can pay via any method of your choice – HBL, UnionPay, Master Card, Visa, and cash on delivery are all accepted.
One of several endearing things about Naheed is its return policy. It gives customers a grace of 7 days to return items they find unsatisfactory. Another is the promptness of its delivery, which usually takes place within 24-48 hours.
Despite all its positives, Naheed Super Market also has some undesirable sides to it. For instance, its items are slightly more expensive than those offered by other grocery services. Also, their inventory management does not operate at an optimum level – sometimes, orders are inaccurately fulfilled, and out-of-stock items are not flagged. There is even more: if they deliver an incomplete package, recouping a store credit for the missing item involves a long and tedious process that can be discouraging. And they issue only store credits as refunds.
These issues do not occur all the time, however. For this reason, and the many positives Naheed offers, it is on this list.
Metro Online
If you need an online grocery service that can deliver items to any location in Pakistan, Metro Online is one you can trust. The brand has a website and a mobile app on both Google’s Playstore and Apple’s Appstore. This makes shopping convenient for customers as they can use any avenue they are comfortable with. Also,
Metro Online offers items in various categories. Some of the most popular are electronics, household, bakery, personal care, mobile and tablets, and apparel. And it offers free delivery on orders worth Rs.2000 or more.
The brand accepts different forms of payment, whether cash or card. It also has a return policy under which customers can return items they find unsatisfactory within three days of purchase.
There is, however, one drawback to patronizing this online grocery service. This drawback is that their delivery options are limited. While they can deliver electronics to any location in Pakistan, they only offer delivery of their entire gamut of products to people from Faisalabad, Twin Cities, Karachi, and Lahore.
Al Fatah
Al Fatah is another superb online grocery service that operates in Pakistan. It offers same-day delivery between 12 pm and 4 pm and sells a wide range of items. Their products range from grocery, beauty, and health care, to home and kitchen items, electronics, sports and fitness items, and many more.
Al Fatah is the darling of many Pakistani online grocery shoppers. Its popularity is further buoyed by the flat discounts it offers every Tuesday and the fact that it accepts a varied number of payment methods. These payment methods include cash (on delivery), Master Card, American Express, and Visa.
Finally, the brand has a mobile application for the two dominant mobile operating systems – Android and iOS – in the world today. This provides an avenue for people who find mobile apps easier for conducting their transactions.
Fair warning, if you want to receive your order on the same day (or the following day, for that matter), you will have to place it between 10 am and 4 pm.
Finally, if your order is bound for a location outside Lahore, its value will have to be between Rs.1000 and Rs.5000.
WBM – Pakistan
WBM.com.pk is an online shopping platform in Pakistan. You will find all kinds of 100% organically sourced grocery items as well as imported quality Personal Care, Skincare products, Household Essentials, Insect Killers, Electronics, Baby Care Products and Office & Stationery Supplies.

Just to be clear, shipping is all over Pakistan and not for just one state or city. Delivery can take 3 days too… so make sure you have seen all your options before placing order.
Available on iOS and Android both. You can pay for your items using debit/credit card or cash on delivery.
CartPK (Karachi & Lahore)
CartPK is a great online grocery delivery portal with a simple and straightforward layout on their website.
They deliver all sorts of grocery products including fruits and vegetables which they assure are completely fresh. A huge upsell which is being offered by CartPK is, they aim to deliver your groceries within 2 hours! All shopping over a total of Rs.1000 is also delivered for free.
The downside of this service is that it’s only available in Karachi and Lahore but the management plans to expand their network to other cities soon. As for now, CartPK haven’t made any progress in launching their apps but when they do, we will update our readers right away.
To pay, they accept CoD and debit/credit cards.
24/Seven (Lahore Only)
This grocery service provides an organized list of their service and maintains an online chat agent at all times, ensuring the best customer service.
24/Seven doesn’t provide much detail about their delivery routine, however, they have happy customers and offer PayPro, CoD and Debit/Credit cards as acceptable methods for payment.
Not sure how well maintained or updated these apps are, but they are available for iOS App Store and Google Play.
Krave Mart (Karachi Only)
Krave Mart is an online grocery service that operates within Karachi. It delivers to all locations within the city, except Malir, Lyari, and Korangi. It has a fully functional mobile application targeted at mobile-focused users to bolster their shopping experience.
To use, download their App. Signup. Start searching for things to buy and add to cart. Then checkout and wait for their delivery which is generally within 20 minutes.
Apps are available on iOS App Store and Android.
Krave mart has no delivery fee for their service as yet and the last order they take for same day delivery is at 7pm!
MandiExpress (Karachi Only)
Delivering in Karachi alone, MandiExpress is a very good grocery delivery service.
Their online chat agent is ready to help out with any issues faced. First time shoppers receive a 15% discount! The different factor of this service is that it delivers all fresh products such as dairy, poultry, fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey! Check out their website, it’s filled with organic products.
They have the option of same-day delivery in few areas of Karachi but 20% is added on total. The minimum order for everyone is PKR 500 and delivery charges are a flat PKR 50.
Their usual orders are taken overnight and then packed and ready to deliver in the morning! They offer a Loyalty Program where every PKR 100 spent is counted as 1 point which you can collect and use whenever you want. The points don’t expire and you can keep adding more to it for a later use.

The following are other online grocery services you can check out. We didn’t test them and cannot vouch for their services. However, if the accounts we have come by are truthful, they are reliable.
Hydri Supermarket (Karachi only)
Hydri Supermarket, according to information from its website, is a Karachi based online grocery store that sells various items, including fruits, vegetable, and medicine. The service is easy to use; you can place an order through website, a phone call or a WhatsApp text.
Hydri Supermarket has a minimum order limit of Rs.200 plus shipping charges. If you order before 5 pm, your item will be delivered on the same day. What’s more? Orders worth more than Rs.5000 are delivered free of charge.
Finally, the brand operates a return policy. Under it, items deemed unsatisfactory are picked up from the client’s house, and a suitable product is provided in exchange.
Other notable mentions are Spar and Imtiaz Store.
